An order from Finding-Alex.com will normally take 2-5 business days to be delivered, once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by email when your delivery is on its way. If you do not receive this email within 3 working days of having placed your order, please contact our customer service.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you have “changed your mind” or if you would like to exchange the size or even the style of your ítem/s, you can do it within 14 days from the date you received the ítems. In order to do so, we only request you to notify us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com indicating the necessary details to track down your purchase providing your original invoice number and the order number if posible.
Once we receive your e-mail, we will notify you by e-mail confirming we have received it and we will explain to you how to proceed.
The only condition is you must return the items in its original condition, i.e., it must not be used, and no more than 14 days after receiving the ítems. All packaging material and paraphernalia must also be enclosed and please ensure that the box is enclosed in protective packaging – for example, a plastic bag.
In these cases, Finding Alex (Benjamin Pastor Agency, S.L.) will refund the entire cost of the purchase. However, the customer will have to pay for the return shiping cost.
Finding Alex (Benjamin Pastor Agency, S.L.) will proceed the refund within 14 days from the date in which we were informed of your decision to return the purchase and it will be done through the same method of payment as you used in the initial transaction.
Finding Alex (Benjamin Pastor Agency, S.L.) reserve the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received and we have ensured they have been received in its original conditions.
If you receive a defective/damaged or wrongly supplied product, please contact us as soon as possible – no later than 14 days from delivery.
We will of course pay for shipping costs but, for us to be able to do this, we request you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating what is wrong with the item. Please also include the invoice number and, if possible, the order number.
